Welcome to the cgd33 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between cgd33 ("we", "us", "platform") and every person ("user", "you") who uses this website and its related services.

By registering on cgd33, opening an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this platform.

cgd33 services are available only to users aged 21 and above. You must provide your actual date of birth at the time of registration. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account. We may request proof of age verification at any time.

• You must open an account in your own name and for your own use.
• You must have full legal capacity and must not appear on any restricted persons list.
• You must not have previously held an account on cgd33 that was permanently closed or blocked.
• Each individual is permitted a maximum of one account only.

To open an account on cgd33, you must provide accurate and complete information in the designated form. If the information provided at registration is later found to be false or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close the account.

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, contact us immediately.

cgd33 conducts customer identity verification (KYC) when required. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other acceptable documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

The payment methods currently supported on cgd33 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

When making a deposit, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Funds will be returned via the same payment method used for the deposit.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, we may request additional verification.

New players on cgd33 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to qualify for this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25).

• Each bonus offer may have its own separate terms and conditions.
• Bonus offers are valid only within the specified period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Each bonus applies once per player only.

cgd33's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. Moving to a higher tier depends on regular activity and playing history. Cashback amounts are paid every Monday.

All bets placed on the cgd33 platform are final. If a technical error causes an abnormal result, cgd33 reserves the right to void that bet. Any violation of the betting rules may result in account suspension or closure.

• Bonus arbitrage or misuse of bonuses.
• Gaining an advantage by using multiple accounts.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a result (arbitrage betting).
• Using automated software, bots or hacking methods.
• Colluding with other players.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.

All games are operated through certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer technology. cgd33 conducts regular third-party audits to ensure fair play. In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, cgd33's decision will be considered final.

cgd33 allows players to set their own deposit, loss and session limits. We recommend that every player set a budget within their means and not exceed it.

• Providing a false identity or false information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts.

You may request the permanent closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible funds will be arranged for withdrawal before the account is closed, but any bonuses whose conditions have not been met will be cancelled.
